It is our goal to supply you with quality products.  If for any reason an item does not live up to your expectations, return it within 30 days for an immediate refund or credit.  (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.)

Your privacy is important to us.  The information you give us is only used to communicate with you regarding orders with Alaska Crafts Online. We will never give out, sell or lease any information that you send to us.

Your Email Address:

If you supply us with your e-mail address in an online form, we may send you an email with information about our web site and new artistic creations.

Payment Methods:

• We offer safe and secure checkout through PayPal.  Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

• We accept checks or money orders drawn in US funds, on US Banks only.  All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 NSF fee.

• We will ship your order C.O.D. upon your request with an additional fee.

Order Status:

To check on the status of an order, you can contact Customer Service.  Be sure to include your customer and/or order number in all correspondence, as well as your full name and address.

Shipping and Handling:

We prefer to ship on Tuesdays each week.  If you would like something shipped sooner, let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.  Items are shipped from Anchorage, Alaska and generally ship to the contiguous 48 states within 4 to 6 business days, see chart below for complete details. The chart doesn't apply to rough Diamond Willow or Cottonwood bark.  Because shipping will vary for individual Cottonwood bark and Diamond Willow orders, we ask that you email Customer Service with the specifics of your order (note the diameter, thickness, and length you wish to purchase) so we may calculate your actual shipping. The chart explains pricing for our standard USPS shipments which include insurance and delivery confirmation.  If you would like your items to be shipped by a method other than our standard USPS please let us know.

International Orders:

We will send you a quote with different shipping options for delivery to your country, via email or fax.   Note: Customer is responsible for paying customs charges and any other applicable fees or taxes required.

Your Phone/Fax:

If you supply us with your phone or fax number online, we may use them to contact you regarding your order, or a question you asked. We do not share these numbers with anyone.
